Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Carter Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Northshore Ltd.

1. Organizer

This prize draw (“Draw”) is organized and sponsored by Carter Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Northshore Ltd. (“Organizer”), located at 800 Automall Drive, North Vancouver, BC, Canada, in partnership with Wonder Wonder Foundation, the owner of the Kids Festival.

2. Eligibility

  • The Draw is open to residents of British Columbia, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Carter Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Northshore Ltd. or Wonder Wonder Foundation are not eligible to participate.

  • By entering, participants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Entry Requirements

  • To enter, participants must provide their full name, valid email address, and phone number via the official entry form.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries using different emails or phone numbers may result in disqualification.

  • By checking the consent box on the entry form, participants acknowledge and agree that Carter Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Northshore Ltd. may contact them for marketing purposes, including promotions, offers, and updates.

4. The Prize

  • The prize offered is one (1) Whitecaps soccer club jersey signed by the entire team (“The Prize”).

  • The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute The Prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Draw and Winner Selection

  • The Draw will be conducted on September 14 at the North Shore Kids Festival.

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 business days of the draw.

  • If the winner does not respond within 10 business days, a new winner may be selected.

6. Publicity

  • By accepting The Prize, the winner agrees to allow their name, likeness, and city of residence to be published by Carter Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Northshore Ltd. and Wonder Wonder Foundation for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

  • Personal data collected (name, email, phone number) will be used to administer the Draw and to send marketing communications from Carter Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Northshore Ltd.

  • Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in emails or by contacting the Organizer directly.

  • Information will be handled in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

  • The Organizer and Wonder Wonder Foundation are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical malfunctions, or human errors that may occur in connection with the Draw.

  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Carter Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Northshore Ltd., Wonder Wonder Foundation, their affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Draw or acceptance/use of The Prize.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • Participation in the Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
