This raffle (“Raffle”) is organized by Wonder Wonder Foundation (“Organizer”) and sponsored by Carter Chevrolet Buick GMC Northshore Ltd. and Zen Maker Lab (“Sponsors”).
2. Eligibility
The Raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
Participants must reside in Canada, British Columbia province.
Employees of the Organizer, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Raffle are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry
No purchase is necessary to enter the Raffle.
To enter, participants must scan the provided QR code and complete a short poll, including providing their valid email address.
By providing an email address, participants consent to being entered into the Raffle and receiving communications from the Organizer related to the Raffle and Organizer and Sponsors marketing updates.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
Entries must be submitted on September 15 from 12PM to 5PM (“Entry Period”) at the North Shore Kids Fest event (“Entry Location”). Entries received outside the Entry Period or Entry Location will not be considered.
4. Prizes
Four (4) winners will be selected at random.
Each winner will receive one (1) prize presented at the Organizer and the Sponsors stands at the Event Location. The specific prizes will be determined by the Organizer and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 2 business days after the close of the Entry Period.
The Organizer’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Raffle will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within 2 days of the closing date.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. Data Protection and Publicity
By entering the Raffle, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes by the Organizer and the Sponsors.
All personal data provided by participants will be used in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or any other error or malfunction that may occur in the processing of entries.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Raffle and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Organizer’s control.
9. Governing Law
The Raffle and these terms and conditions will be governed by Canada, British Columbia province law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada, British Columbia province.
